Overview:
- The Coding Manager Pregnancy Outcome Unit (POU) undertakes a range of support activities that contribute to the provision of quality and timely outcomes associated with the Pregnancy Outcome Unit. In particular this includes quality assurance in data ascertainment and data processing, participation in the preparation of technical reports, liaison with officers assisting the Supplementary Birth Record, preparation of regular status reports.
- The Coding Manager, POU will be responsible for regular liaison with data suppliers, internal and external customers, identifying useful software upgrades including testing of software and procedural modifications, coordinating with analysts and epidemiologists, participating in the preparation of technical reports and, regular status reports. The Coding Manager, POU coordinates and manages POU staff, participating in recruitment and training of new POU staff.

Criminal History Screening Requirement
