About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Consultant in Urology to join our dynamic Urology Surgery Unit. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality clinical services, with a focus on reducing elective waitlists for procedures such as cystoscopies, TURP, and transperineal biopsies. You will work alongside a collaborative team of professionals committed to excellence in patient care, innovation, and continuous improvement.
In addition to your clinical responsibilities, you will play a key role in supporting the education and training of both undergraduate and postgraduate students, sharing your expertise and shaping the next generation of medical professionals. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to clinical research and help drive best practice in the design and delivery of services, ensuring optimal outcomes for our patients and the broader community.
