About the Role:

As a Business Support Officer, you will provide high-quality, confidential, and customer-focused administrative support to clients, staff, and visitors at Riverland Community Health Service, part of the Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network. Working as part of the Business Support Team, you’ll take part in regular team meetings and establish strong working relationships with administrative colleagues. You’ll assist staff with administrative tasks, manage clear and accurate message-taking, and provide minute secretary duties for committees or working groups as required.

Externally, you will handle client enquiries both in person and over the phone, delivering relevant advice or referring them to the appropriate staff member. As a welcoming presence at reception, you’ll ensure clients and visitors are promptly and professionally attended to, playing a vital part in their overall experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in providing administrative and clerical support services.
  • Developing spreadsheets using the Microsoft Excel application.
