About the Role
As a Clinical Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality nursing care across a variety of healthcare settings. You’ll draw on your consolidated experience and/or further study to support patient-centred care while working as part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team. This is a rewarding opportunity to build on your clinical expertise, with a focus on progressing from a competent to a proficient practitioner.
In this role, you’ll be accountable for your own nursing practice and for guiding and supporting less experienced staff. While the position remains predominantly clinical, you will also be assigned a portfolio aligned with your career development goals, offering opportunities to expand your professional scope. With an emphasis on continuous learning and contribution to service excellence, you’ll be well supported to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes and team development.
About You
You are a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering high-quality care and supporting team development. With a strong foundation in clinical practice and leadership, you’re ready to step into a role that values initiative, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualified and Experienced – Registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing Board of Australia, with a minimum of 3 years’ post-registration experience.

Strong Clinical and Leadership Skills – Demonstrated competence in nursing practice, with experience guiding students, enrolled nurses and junior staff.

Effective Communicator and Team Player – Skilled in communication, problem solving and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Knowledgeable and Adaptable – Understands relevant legislation, standards and quality systems, with the ability to apply flexible, innovative approaches in care delivery.
