As a valued member of the surgical team at the Royal Adelaide Hospital, the [Insert position title] plays a vital role in delivering world-class healthcare to patients requiring plastic, reconstructive and microsurgery. About You

You are a skilled and motivated medical professional with a strong foundation in plastic and reconstructive surgery, particularly microsurgery. You bring a commitment to excellence in patient care, research, and teamwork, and are eager to contribute to a dynamic surgical environment.

• Qualified and Registered – Hold an MBBS or equivalent, with eligibility for medical registration with AHPRA.

• Clinically Skilled – Possess strong surgical and patient management abilities, with specific experience in plastic and reconstructive surgery and microsurgery.

• Effective Communicator and Team Player – Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, work collaboratively, and build rapport across diverse teams and patient groups.

• Adaptable and Quality-Focused – Committed to continuous improvement, responsive to feedback, and knowledgeable in quality management principles.
