Overview:
- The Senior Policy Officer provides strategic and expert advice on alcohol and other drug policy to senior Preventive Health SA staff, including the Chief Executive and Directors.
- The Senior Policy Officer is responsible for developing and maintaining expert knowledge in evidence based alcohol and other drug population health and policy responses, as well as developing, implementing and evaluating major projects for Preventive Health SA. The role requires the incumbent to translate data and research into innovative, evidence-based policy.

Criminal History Screening Requirement

SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
