About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented person to join the CALHN Biomedical Engineering (BME) team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the safety, effectiveness, and availability of biomedical technology used for patient diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring across SA Health’s public hospitals and healthcare facilities. Working under the guidance of experienced professionals, you will provide preventative and remedial maintenance to a variety of biomedical devices and systems, helping to support critical healthcare operations.
This position offers the opportunity to develop your technical skills and exercise professional judgement across a diverse range of emerging biomedical technologies. You will apply established procedures and standards to maintain equipment reliability and compliance, contributing directly to the delivery of safe and effective patient care.
