About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Allied Health Senior Clinician to lead the delivery of aged care services across the Eyre and Far North Local Health Network (EFNLHN). This is a dynamic role that combines direct clinical care with leadership, education, and service improvement across the Support at Home aged care program.

You will play a critical part in shaping aged care services for rural and remote communities—ensuring high-quality, participant-centred care, and building capability across our multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver expert clinical care to aged care clients within their homes
  • Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Allied Health Professionals and Assistants
  • Contribute to service redesign, quality improvement, and education initiatives
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure services meet community needs and align with aged care reforms
  • Maintain a clinical caseload and support the development of culturally safe and inclusive practices

About You

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant Allied Health profession
  • Eligibility for full membership with the relevant professional association (registration as required)
  • Demonstrated leadership, advanced clinical skills, and experience in aged care
  • Strong communication, supervision, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Understanding of rural health challenges and a commitment to cultural safety
