Overview:
The Senior Project Manager:
- Leads and manages the successful, consistent implementation of a portfolio of critical projects across all stages of the project management continuum, from inception to completion, by proactively promoting the SA Health Project Management Framework and enabling tools.
- Leads all aspects of project management covering planning and scheduling, governance, controls, risk and issue management, change management, benefit realisation, assurance and review.
- Proactively monitors key programs and projects, identifying, analysing and reporting opportunities and barriers to successful delivery, and undertaking assurance and review activities to ensure successful implementation of projects and identified project initiatives.
- Provides expertise and leadership into the development, implementation and monitoring of strategic initiatives that enable systemwide improvements in alignment with strategic objectives.
Appointment to classification will be based upon skills / experience.

Criminal History Screening Requirement

Immunisation Risk for this position is Category C (minimal patient contact)
SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
Special Conditions
- The position will initially be located at Tonsley, however will be relocated to Mile End South early 2026.
