Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of older Australians?  We're seeking a Leisure & Lifestyle Coordinator to help create vibrant, enriching experiences for our Aged Care Residents at Tumby Bay Senior Citizens Village.  If you are dedicated to promoting independence, boosting self-esteem, and supporting the social and recreational needs of elderly individuals, this is the role for you!

As the Leisure & Lifestyle Coordinator, you'll lead the development and delivery of tailored therapeutic and educational programs for residents, enabling them to enjoy meaningful, daily activities.  Your work will directly contribute to their well-being and sense of belonging in our caring community.

What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate individual and group diversional therapy programs
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate activities that support independence
  • Collaborate with a close-knit team to deliver exceptional care
  • Foster a positive, engaging environment for both residents and staff

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven communication skills to engage with a diverse group of people
  • Strong ability to implement policies and manage documentation
  • Team-oriented with a passion for customer service
  • A relevant qualification (e.g., Community Services, Aged Care, Leisure and Health) Required for WHA4 classification
