Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting medical teams? Join us as a Medical Liaison Officer and help make a difference in the Limestone Coast!
As a key member of our administrative team, you’ll provide essential support to the Director of Medical Services, ensuring medical rosters are managed efficiently, medical recruitment is smooth, and communication flows seamlessly across teams. This role is integral to maintaining the operational success of our medical staff across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain medical rosters for Junior Medical staff and assist with scheduling.
- Provide support for the recruitment of medical staff, including Locum Consultants, Registrars, and Interns.
- Act as the key point of contact for contractors and Visiting Medical Officers.
- Offer ongoing liaison services to Medical Officers across multiple departments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including administrators, health professionals, and external stakeholders.
- Assist with ensuring timely and accurate data entry for medical administration functions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Demonstrated experience in data entry, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of modern administrative practices and organisational principles.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve outcomes.
- Experience in customer service, building positive relationships with staff and stakeholders.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in health administration is highly regarded.
