Our team is expanding, and we are seeking an additional Senior HR Business Partner to drive meaningful cultural transformation, collaborate with purpose, inspire lasting change, and create an exceptional employee experience.

About the role

As a trusted advisor and change partner, you will:

  • Guide and influence cultural transformation initiatives that promote psychological safety, inclusion and wellbeing
  • Build strong, values-aligned partnerships with leaders to support meaningful, people-centred change
  • Support teams through transition, growth and renewal with empathy and strategic insight
  • Champion kindness in leadership to embed a culture of care, connection and continuous learning
  • Leverage data and insights to drive engagement, shape strategy, and support decision-making

About you

You are a thoughtful and experienced HR professional who believes in the power of culture to transform organisations. You bring:

  • A strong background in HR partnering, with a focus on culture, engagement, or organisational change
  • Outstanding communication, influencing and coaching skills
  • A genuine belief in collaboration, kindness, and leading with care
  • Experience in complex or values-driven environments such as the public sector, health, not-for-profit organisations or similar
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Psychology or a related discipline (desirable)
