Corporate Governance Officer - Shape Healthcare Excellence

About the role:
Reporting to the Manager, this role is responsible for contributing to high quality governance programs in a range of areas including corporate governance, corporate risk, internal audit, integrated compliance, declaration management and records management.
Duties for the role will include:
- Actively managing repositories and registers of organisational information including high quality and accurate data entry, and digitisation improvements,
- Monitoring and responding to enquiries, providing advice in alignment with relevant legislation, standards, codes and policy and procedures,
- Assisting the Manager through gathering and analysing information and data to provide timely and factual advice on a range of policy and process issues,
- Assisting the Manager in financial, procurement and HR processes to ensure delivery within budget.
- Working in team environment, responsibility for programs of work contributing to major corporate governance programs, responsible for timely and accurate reporting
About you:
- Demonstrated experience in maintaining complex repositories and registers of organisational information,
- High level of interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive and effective communication with staff of all professional disciplines and levels within the organisational hierarchy,
- Proven ability to actively listen to the needs and priorities of stakeholders and through critical analysis formulate solutions which are compliant, sustainable and can be effectively implemented by the targeted audience,
- Demonstrated experience in independently managing responsibilities and performing well in fast paced environments with competing expectations and adapting effectively to new priorities,
- Demonstrated concise and solid written skills targeted to various audiences to effectively communicate performance, risk, issues and options for improvement,
- Proven experience in delivering responsibilities on time and within budget,
- Demonstrated experience in using financial, procurement and HR digital platforms
