About the Role
RN-3 As the FACT and TCT Quality Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and strengthening the Quality Management System for the Cellular Therapy stream within the CALHN Cancer Program. This is a unique opportunity to provide strategic leadership, clinical governance expertise, and guidance that directly supports world-class, patient-centred care. Working collaboratively with the Cancer Program Director, senior leaders, and clinical teams, you will lead accreditation efforts, champion quality initiatives, and drive continuous improvement to meet national and international standards. With a strong focus on achieving and maintaining FACT/JACIE accreditation, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by enhancing patient outcomes, supporting innovation, and ensuring the Cancer Program continues to deliver safe, evidence-based, and high-quality services.
MeS-4 and AHP-4 As the FACT and TCT Quality Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of the Quality Management System for the Cellular Therapy stream within the CALHN Cancer Program, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety. This pivotal role combines strategic leadership, clinical governance expertise, and innovation, with a strong focus on achieving and maintaining FACT/JACIE accreditation and compliance with national and international standards. Working closely with the Cancer Program Director, senior leaders, and multidisciplinary teams, you will champion quality initiatives, support accreditation processes, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement across the program. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact by strengthening patient-centred, evidence-based practices and shaping the future of cellular therapy services.
