Overview:
- Responsible for supporting system redesign by coordinating the design, development and implementation of projects, including design and delivery of workshops and other consultative/engagement methods as part of project delivery
- Work closely with the Clinical Leads, Statewide Clinical Network Steering Committee members and Project Leads as well as staff of the CEIH and across the health system.
- Develop and maintain key partnerships with other organisations and individuals across the broader eco-system to support health system change, including the development and maintenance of engagement and consult with key stakeholders and consumers; liaise with all parts of the health system and promote regional links across the continuum of care.
- Participate in data collection and analysis.
- Undertake reviews and prepare a wide array of documentation including but not limited to project documentation, reports, evaluations, summary documents, presentations, agenda papers, Ministerial/Parliamentary/Government business briefing papers and other related information as required.
