The Limestone Coast Local Health Network (LCLHN) is seeking a dynamic, motivated, and highly organised Executive Assistant to support the Executive Director of Nursing & Midwifery. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dedicated and compassionate team delivering outstanding health services to people across the Limestone Coast region.

About the Role

As Executive Assistant, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality and confidential executive administrative support
  • Manage correspondence, meetings, diary appointments, and committees
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, representing LCLHN with professionalism and courtesy
  • Participate in continuous improvement of administrative systems and processes
  • Support project work and secretariat functions
  • Maintain integrity and security of official and sensitive information
  • Uphold SA Health values and help drive positive health outcomes for our community

What We’re Looking For

  • Friendly and personable approach with outstanding communication skills
  • Proven experience in executive-level secretariat support, including accurate minute-taking and agenda preparation
  • Strong organisational ability – able to prioritise, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure and minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, and commitment to excellence
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based programs
  • Knowledge of quality improvement, confidentiality, and Work Health and Safety principles
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively within a team environment.

Desirable: Vocational qualifications in office administration or similar studies are highly regarded.
