Join Our Caring Team as a Residential Care Attendant!
We are seeking a compassionate Residential Care Attendant to provide direct, high-quality care and support to residents of our Residential Care Home in Ceduna. In this role, you will assist with daily personal care, mobility, and maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment to enhance the wellbeing and dignity of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care including hygiene, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
- Support safe transfer, lifting, and use of mechanical aids to maintain resident comfort.
- Maintain cleanliness of resident environments, equipment, and personal belongings.
- Provide assistance with medication, routine treatments, and transportation as required.

- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Communicate with empathy and respect for diverse cultures and backgrounds.
- Demonstrate sound judgment, discretion, and maintain confidentiality.
- Experience in the use of computer packages eg Microsoft Word, Excel.
