About the Role
Join the Central Adelaide Local Health Network’s Cancer Program as a Cancer Concierge, where you’ll make a meaningful difference in the journey of cancer patients. Based across the Royal Adelaide Hospital and The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, you’ll be the key point of contact for private patients navigating inpatient and outpatient care. Your role will focus on delivering personalised, non-clinical support to patients and their families, helping them make informed choices and ensuring their experience is as smooth and supported as possible.
In addition to patient-facing responsibilities, you’ll play an important administrative and coordination role within the cancer team—supporting nurse-led clinics, assisting with patient bookings, data reporting, and improving administrative workflows. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a compassionate, forward-thinking health service dedicated to excellence in patient care and support.
About You
You will bring a patient-first mindset, excellent communication skills, and confidence working independently in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Proven ability to provide empathetic, high-level customer service in a healthcare or similar setting

Strong interpersonal and administrative skills, with experience in data entry, coordination, and office systems

Demonstrated ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with integrity

Required to hold a current Working With Children Check, National Police Clearance, and be subject to vaccination requirements
