Bring your organisational skills and passion for customer service to a role that makes a real difference. As Business Support Officer, you’ll provide vital administrative support to staff and consumers within Country Health Connect’s Healthy Ageing team in Murray Bridge.
About the Role:
As the Business Support Officer – Healthy Ageing, you will provide a high-quality, confidential and customer-focused administrative service to support the delivery of community aged care programs, including the Commonwealth Home Support Program and Home Care Package Program.
In this role, you will manage staff schedules, handle client enquiries both in person and by phone, and ensure accurate information is relayed to the right people. You will perform the role of minute secretary for committees or working parties when required, and build strong working relationships with both administrative colleagues and service teams. Your responsibilities will also include preparing documentation, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with efficient service coordination to ensure clients receive the best possible care experience.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in providing administrative and clerical support services.

Developing spreadsheets using the Microsoft Excel application.
