About the Role

Be at the forefront of clinical education and practice development in aged and transitional care at the Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre. As the Nurse Educator – CO-ACT, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the capabilities of nursing staff by designing and delivering innovative education programs, supporting clinical placements, and advancing evidence-based practice within the Care of the Older Person and Community Transition team.

In this dynamic and rewarding role, you will lead professional development initiatives, contribute to curriculum design, and support quality care outcomes through clinical education. As a valued member of the CALHN Acute and Urgent Care Program, you will collaborate across nursing and multidisciplinary teams to influence positive cultural change, empower staff, and ultimately improve patient outcomes in geriatric and community-based care.

About You

You are an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for education, leadership, and service improvement in aged care and community health.

  • Current registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia

  • Minimum three years post-registration experience and demonstrated education leadership capability

  • Proven ability to develop, deliver, and evaluate nursing education programs in clinical settings

  • This role is subject to relevant screening, vaccination, and clearance requirements
