About the Role
As an Outpatient Frontline Administrative Receptionist, you will provide vital first point-of-contact support to patients, families and visitors accessing the Repat Health Precinct’s Neuroscience & Rehabilitation Outpatient Services. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role that requires exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information while supporting clinical staff and patients with appointment bookings, records, and enquiries.
You will be responsible for delivering courteous and professional reception and administrative services, including accurate patient scheduling, records management, and responding to enquiries both face-to-face and over the phone. This position plays a key role in ensuring clinics run smoothly, patients are supported through their outpatient journey, and that staff are assisted with timely administrative functions in a dynamic healthcare environment.

You are a proactive and reliable team member who thrives in a busy and customer-focused environment. You bring strong organisational skills and a professional approach to patient care and administrative support.

Proven experience in administrative or reception roles, ideally within a health or hospital environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage sensitive situations.

Proficiency in computer systems, including scheduling software and Microsoft Office.

Mandatory clearances, and compliance with SA Health immunisation requirements.
