Multiple full-time and part-time positions are available across surgical ward areas, including Trauma & Orthopaedics, Vascular Surgery, and Plastics. These positions are offered on 7-day rotating rosters, spanning morning, afternoon, and night shifts—meaning no set days or shifts. This flexible yet dynamic structure provides valuable exposure across diverse clinical specialties and encourages professional development.
Join the dynamic team at the Royal Adelaide Hospital as an Enrolled Nurse, where you’ll be instrumental in providing person-centred care under the direction of a Registered Nurse. This vital role supports patients from diverse cultural backgrounds and varying complexities, delivering compassionate, evidence-based nursing in a fast-paced surgical environment. Your clinical skills, initiative, and ability to respond to patient needs will be key to ensuring optimal outcomes and promoting patient wellbeing.
About You
You’re a qualified and compassionate Enrolled Nurse, ready to make a difference in the lives of patients while supporting clinical excellence and team collaboration.

Registered or eligible for registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (including relevant medication administration training).

Demonstrated ability to deliver person-centred care and prioritise in a clinical setting.

Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on safety and quality.

Subject to relevant vaccination and clearance requirements.
