About the Role

As a Consumer Experience Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting our Consumer Experience Partners by providing high-quality administrative and project support. In this role, you will ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of services by managing a range of tasks with confidentiality, organisation and attention to detail. Your contribution will help strengthen the connection between consumers, staff and our services, making sure every interaction is positive and meaningful.

You will also be the welcoming first point of contact for consumers and staff, responding to queries with professionalism and care. By accurately recording and triaging feedback, you will ensure that voices are heard and actioned appropriately, contributing to continuous improvement across our organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, values consumer-centred care, and wants to make a genuine difference in the experiences of others.

About You

You will bring strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills, along with a commitment to providing high-quality support and service. Your ability to work both independently and collaboratively will help you thrive in this role.

  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and produce professional documentation.

  • Demonstrated administrative experience, including high-level customer service and proficiency in Microsoft Office and data reporting software.

  • Proven ability to prioritise tasks, manage competing deadlines and apply initiative to achieve agreed outcomes.

  • Sound knowledge of office procedures, workplace safety and public sector policies, including Equal Opportunity and Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
