About the role:
Reporting to the Rehabilitation, Aged and Palliative care Telehealth Lead, and is responsible for identifying, developing and implementing technology and communication solutions across the Division for the implementation and ongoing delivery of virtual health solutions and other innovative digital based service delivery options. Working collaboratively with the Divisional clinical and executive teams, stakeholders and SA Health e-Health services to implement and maintain service solutions and improvements.
Duties for the role will include:
- Identify, develop and maintain the development of efficient digital technologies for use across the division
- Assist divisional services to integrate digital health technologies into practice,
- Contribute to the review, data collection and report writing documentation in relation to technology support,
- Ensure compliance with Government and SA Health wide strategies, policies, guidelines, standards and procedures, licensing and security requirements,
- Provide immediate technology support and troubleshoot digital health related issues and requests in relation to clinical digital monitoring, and non-clinical activities,
- Install and configure desktop and mobile technology in a timely manner to all divisional clinical and non- clinical practitioners and users of digital health services,
- Assist in resolving infrastructure related incidents and service requests,
- Provide specialist technology advice and training as required as integral part of the clinical team,
- Involvement in divisional projects as required
About you:
- Ability to assume responsibility for complex digital technology projects including problem identification, planning, decision making, implementation and analysis of results,
- Ability to provide across-agency consultancy service to staff at all levels, assisting in defining goals, requirements, and proposing solutions with associated costs, scope and capabilities of the service,
- Demonstrated advanced technical skills in the maintenance of technologies and ability to identify technical issues, think laterally, and apply analytical skills to develop appropriate options for resolution,
- Demonstrated experience in providing high level technological support,
- Demonstrated experience in working alone or as part of a team,
- Demonstrated experience in technical support of computer hardware, software, peripherals, mobile devices and emerging technologies
