Overview:
The Medical Education Project Coordinator works under limited direction and is responsible for coordinating medical education and training activities across SA Health including:
- Leading the development and implementation of medical education and training including ICT solutions and activities to support medical education, training and accreditation throughout South Australia.
- Providing ongoing service management of existing ICT solutions.
- Providing expert advice, support and training to SA MET and Local Health Networks, hospital staff and users to facilitate the innovative and effective delivery of state-wide medical education and training through online channels.
- Contributing to the facilitation of a community of practice, to share best practice, build capacity and work on challenges of medical practitioners in South Australia.
- Contributing to the success of medical education and training activities by contributing to project and program management across a range of initiatives.
- Provide secretariat support to SA MET Health Advisory Council Sub-Committees as required.
- Support and work collaboratively with the Medical Education Support Officer.

Criminal History Screening Requirement

Immunisation Risk for this position is Category C (minimal patient contact)
SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
