Overview:
The Senior Project Officer:
- Contributes to critical analysis of data and information to support evidence-based decision-making and evaluates and monitors projects to identify issues and barriers.
- Provides advice and prepares high quality reports, briefings, presentations and other relevant documents to senior management, Department Executive, and the Minister for Health and Wellbeing on complex system issues, outcomes, risks, opportunities and directions.
- Contributes to the successful delivery of a range of complex projects and initiatives that contribute to the development of service redesign, policies and strategies that aim to support health program improvements.
- Works collaboratively with Local Health Networks, other service providers and stakeholders to coordinate and implement project plans and strategies to support health system service initiatives, and contribute as an integral member of the Health Services Programs Team and to the achievement of key program goals and objectives.

Criminal History Screening Requirement

SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
