Overview:
- The Accommodation and Fitout Manager is responsible for coordinating and undertaking the planning implementation, review and project management of DHW Office Accommodation, Fitout alterations and modifications. The role undertakes project work and relocation planning to assist in the effective management of DHW portfolio assets including accommodation space planning, facilities management, and preventative and corrective maintenance.
- The Accommodation and Fitout Manager works with DHW and stakeholders to understand their accommodation requirements and plans, develops, and implements accommodation projects, including culturally inclusive design initiatives, Fixed Furniture and Equipment (FFE) review and procurement, facilities alterations and response to ever-changing security risk assessments, visitor management, and WHS environment demands.
- The role provides expert advice and assistance to the Property and Accommodation Team in the procurement and completion of the ‘Pre-Lease Checklist’ to ensure risks to Leased Accommodation are identified and assists in the development of business continuity planning and implementation across the DHW accommodation portfolio.
