About the role

The Administration Coordinator provides high-level administrative support to ensure efficient client service delivery. Working with the CAMHS Administration Manager and Unit Head/Senior Manager, the role oversees consistent and streamlined administrative services aligned with corporate policies. The Coordinator supports and guides administrative staff to meet service standards and performance goals.

Key duties of the role

  • Contribution to the effective management of administrative systems and services
  • Contribute to a positive team environment
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies for Administrative Officers including review of existing practices and changes implemented consistently.

Skills and Experience

  • Effective written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to negotiate with a broad range of people, both internally and externally
  • Experience with records management and administration systems, including computer based information systems.
  • Experience in providing a high level confidential administrative support service in a complex reception environment.
