ABOUT COUNTRY HEALTH CONNECT TEAM 

Country Health Connect is operated by the six regional health networks in South Australia, which are part of SA Health and backed by the State Government. Our professional and caring staff deliver health care and wellbeing support across regional South Australia in hospitals, local health services, community centres, residential aged care facilities and clients’ own homes.

Country Health Connect focuses on delivering exceptional care to those living in our communities who need some support and assistance to remain living well and independent in their own homes, or who reside in one of our residential aged care facilities.

This includes specific support for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and people from diverse cultural backgrounds.

We’re seeking a motivated and reliable Administrative Officer – Program Support to join our Country Health Connect team within the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network. You will be an organised and proactive professional who enjoys supporting teams in a busy healthcare environment.

You will bring:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service focus with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Sound computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
  • A collaborative and flexible approach to working as part of a team.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?

As an integral member of our administration team, you will:

  • Provide high-quality, confidential administrative and program support to staff and clients.
  • Assist with reception, telephone, and enquiry services, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Process invoices, accounts, and documentation in accordance with SA Health procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and data entry in client management systems.
  • Support coordination of meetings, bookings, and appointments.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and uphold BHFLHN values of trust, respect, integrity, collaboration, and kindness.
