Join Our Team as an Administration Officer – Deliver Exceptional Support and Service
Play a key role in providing professional, confidential, and customer-focused administrative support at Murray Bridge Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital.
About the Role:
As an Administration Officer, you will be the first point of contact for clients, staff, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient service. Your responsibilities will include attending to enquiries, coordinating appointments, managing correspondence, arranging meetings, and providing accurate administrative support across a range of functions.
You will also contribute to financial processes, travel arrangements, and video conferencing bookings, while supporting the wider team to achieve organisational goals. With a strong focus on teamwork and continuous improvement, you will help maintain efficient systems and ensure high-quality outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
- A high level of competency in the use of computers, work processing and office administration processes and procedures.
- Experience in providing administrative & clerical support services.
- Sound word processing and data entry skills.

This is a multiple positions part time vacancy, hours to be negotiated and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.
