As the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM), you’ll provide pivotal clinical and operational leadership to a dedicated multidisciplinary team, ensuring safe, high-quality and compassionate emergency care for the Limestone Coast community.

Who We're Looking For

  • A Registered Nurse or Nurse/Midwife with current AHPRA registration and significant emergency nursing experience.
  • A confident and collaborative leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Skilled in managing people, resources, and clinical systems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Committed to excellence in patient care, staff wellbeing, and continuous service improvement.
