Port Augusta Hospital and Regional Health Service
The Port Augusta Hospital and Regional Health Service is a large regional hospital that provides a wide range of services including emergency, general and surgical, maternity, outpatient, and outreach services. The hospital has 58 beds including flex and monitored beds. The Port Augusta Hospital also has chemotherapy services and has a Renal Dialysis Unit and a Paediatric Department, both of which are the largest outside of Adelaide. Our staff work in close partnership with community health services and Aboriginal health providers, to ensure that optimum care is delivered to all areas of the community. About the Role:
As the Services Manager, you will oversee the coordination, budgeting, and performance of multiple service departments to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations. You’ll manage human and material resources, maintain service agreements, and uphold quality standards that support both staff and patient wellbeing. Working closely with the Director of Corporate Services and the broader leadership team, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining operational efficiency and delivering outstanding service outcomes.

About You:
- Previous supervisory experience is essential.
- Relevant experience in a customer service area.
- Experience in maintaining a budget is essential.
- Experience using computer-based systems particularly Microsoft office products.
