Join Our Team as a Direct Care Attendant (Community) – Support Independence and Wellbeing at Home

Make a meaningful difference every day by helping aged, frail, and disabled clients remain living safely and comfortably in their own homes.

About the Role:

As a Direct Care Attendant (Community), you’ll provide hands-on support and care to clients in their homes, assisting them to maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. You’ll work closely with the coordinator and a multidisciplinary team of Community Health professionals to deliver tailored, client-focused services. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to combine compassion, practical skills, and teamwork to positively impact the lives of clients and their families.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in exercising own judgment and initiative in the day-to-day execution of a position.
  • Experience in the use of computer packages e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel.

  • Immunisation Risk for this position is - Category A
