About the role
As the Office Manager at SA Pharmacy SALHN, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-level executive and administrative support to the Director, while overseeing the smooth operation of the office. You will be responsible for delivering timely, confidential, and comprehensive administrative and financial services that support the effective management of the Division of Pharmacy and uphold high standards in patient and customer services.
This role requires a broad understanding of divisional functions and the ability to apply experience, knowledge, and sound judgment to resolve day-to-day challenges. You will manage diary and records systems, prepare briefings and correspondence, coordinate meetings and committees, and supervise the Administration Officers team. Your contributions will directly support the Divisional Executive, ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and excellence in all aspects of office operations.

We are looking for a highly capable and professional Office Manager who thrives in a dynamic, high-level executive environment. You are proactive, discreet, and able to work independently while maintaining exceptional organisational and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage confidential matters with integrity, discretion and diplomacy
