Overview:
The Principal Policy Officer, Health Reform position:
- Is responsible for the provision of advanced policy analysis and strategic advice in relation to SA Health's intergovernment agreements and other intergovernment policy issues, which will include contributing to the negotiation of policy and associated financial arrangements with the Commonwealth under the National Health Reform Agreement renegotiation
- Will provide guidance in the development of health reform policies and strategies which support the Intergovernment Relations work program and furthers strategic and policy priorities for the department.
These activities will effectively impact on the deployment of resources by the department, thereby contributing to the health and wellbeing of the community and achievement of sustainable, quality community living standards. Criminal History Screening Requirement

SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
