About the Role:

As a Community Health Nurse, you will deliver high-quality nursing and/or midwifery services within a community health setting. This role supports your professional growth as you develop from a novice practitioner to a proficient level of practice, building your skills through experience and continuous professional development.

You will be accountable for maintaining high standards of care, ensuring safe and effective practice, and taking responsibility for activities delegated to others. Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, you will help improve community health outcomes through education, early intervention, and preventative care initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
  • Experience in the provision of nursing care in the healthcare setting in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice.
