Be our next Assistant Business Analyst!
As the Assistant Business Analyst (Finance) within the Division of Medicine, Cardiac and Critical Care, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the financial management and performance of the Division. This is a finance-focused position dedicated to ensuring the effective allocation, analysis, and oversight of financial resources that support the Division’s clinical and operational goals.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering accurate financial analysis, reports, and advice to inform strategic and operational decision-making. You will contribute directly to financial reporting, budget development and monitoring, forecasting, and long-term financial strategy for the Division. Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with key internal and external stakeholders will be essential to ensure the effective financial performance of the Division of Medicine.
- Tertiary qualifications in accounting, economics, or related financial/business management field,
- Demonstrated experience in financial management, forecasting, analysis, and strategic budgeting, preferably within a large or complex organisation,
- A commitment to continuous improvement and the development of professional financial management skills
- Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise workload and manage competing demands.
