About the role
As a Medical Scientist, you will play an important role in supporting the delivery of high-quality diagnostic services through the application of your scientific knowledge and technical capability. Working within a collaborative laboratory environment, you will undertake a range of routine diagnostic techniques, contributing to problem definition, planning, execution, analysis and the reporting of results that support accurate and timely clinical decision-making.
In this position, you will also contribute to the ongoing development of the service by assisting in the validation and implementation of new Flow Cytometry tests under appropriate supervision. Your commitment to precision, continuous learning and teamwork will be essential as you help maintain high standards of scientific practice and support the laboratory’s evolving diagnostic capabilities.

Essential Minimum Requirements
Educational / Vocational Qualifications:

Technical proficiency and analytical capability – skilled in performing diagnostic tests, using analytical laboratory equipment, maintaining instrumentation, and applying scientific principles with accuracy and attention to detail.
