About the Role
We’re looking for a warm, motivated and professional Senior Support Services Officer to join our dedicated team. In this role, you’ll play an important part in ensuring our clinicians and front-line staff can deliver the highest standard of care to our patients. Working closely with the Team Leader, Support Services, you’ll provide administrative and operational support within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment. Your organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities will help keep our services running smoothly and efficiently.

About You
We’re looking for a motivated and skilled individual who thrives in a supportive, fast-paced healthcare environment. You will be confident, collaborative, and committed to delivering excellent care and service. Key attributes include:

Completed AQF Certificate III and at least 560 hours in-service experience

Strong teamwork, communication skills, and ability to build rapport with clients

Experience in care environments, providing guidance, security, and exercising initiative

Knowledge of OHS&W, Equal Opportunity, customer service, hospital by-laws, and Health Care Act responsibilities
