About the role
As the Corporate Support Officer at BreastScreen SA (BSSA), you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Manager of Assets and Operations by providing a wide range of essential administrative services. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing facilities management, coordinating maintenance requirements across all BSSA sites, and liaising with contractors and service providers to ensure operations run smoothly. You will also be instrumental in managing internal HR documentation, ensuring compliance with reporting processes, and supporting Work Health & Safety (WHS) initiatives to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
In addition, you will contribute to the organisation's growth by coordinating staff Professional Development programs, monitoring mandatory training compliance, and facilitating continuous improvement within the administrative operations. By providing accurate advice on best practice procedures and supporting the strategic goals of BSSA, you will help enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
