WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?
Join Southern Fleurieu Health Service as a Registered Nurse on Ward B General Medical Ward, and make a real difference in a supportive, patient-centred environment. You’ll deliver high-quality nursing care, work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, and have opportunities to lead, develop professionally, and support others in a rewarding regional setting.
Vacancies available:
- Temporary part time working 48 hours per fortnight until 29 May 2026 over a 7-day roster
- Temporary part time working 32 hours per fortnight until 30 June 2026 over a 7-day roster

The Fleurieu Peninsula is just one hour for the city of Adelaide. HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?
- Provide person-centred nursing care and coordinate appropriate services to meet individual patient needs.
- Lead and support the clinical team on a shift-by-shift basis as required.
- Promote patient safety, manage risks, and contribute to quality improvement activities.
- Mentor and guide less experienced staff, students, and new graduates.

WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW/WHAT IS ESSENTIAL FOR SUCCESS?
