  • Salary: ASO3 $67,589 to $72,033 p.a.  + 12% Superannuation + Leave Loading and Salary Sacrifice Benefits

ABOUT THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Business Support Coordinator to provide high-level administrative, human resource, financial, and asset management support across Community Health Care services within BHFLHN. This role plays a key part in supporting managers and teams across multiple sites, ensuring efficient business systems, compliance, and service delivery in a dynamic regional health environment.

  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, HR systems, training administration, and workforce support
  • Provide high-level business, financial, procurement, and asset management coordination
  • Support managers with reporting, audits, meetings, projects, and compliance activities
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, service planning, and efficient resource management
