Make a meaningful impact by providing high-quality, confidential, and customer-focused administrative services at the Riverland General Hospital. This role offers the opportunity to develop your professional skills while supporting clients, staff, and visitors across the Riverland Mallee Coorong Rural Region.
About the Role:
As an Administration Officer, you will contribute to delivering excellent customer service for both internal and external clients. You will attend to enquiries, manage appointments, and assist visitors in a professional manner, while providing accurate processing, distribution, and preparation of correspondence and documentation.
You will ensure the efficient and professional operation of administrative systems, including arranging appointments, preparing letters and minutes, responding to queries, liaising with external organisations, and participating in staff development activities. The role also involves maintaining accurate electronic and hardcopy records, supporting quality assurance, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- A high level of competency in the use of computers, work processing and office administration processes and procedures.
- Experience in providing administrative & clerical support services.
- Sound word processing and data entry skills.
