About the Role

Join a dynamic team delivering expert social work support across hospitals and community services. You will guide patients and families, mentor colleagues, and help shape services that improve outcomes and foster recovery across Central Adelaide.

Duties
• Support patients and families through counselling and guidance
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to plan care
• Supervise and mentor junior social workers and students
• Drive quality improvement and best-practice initiatives
• Build strong connections with community agencies and referrers

About You

You are a skilled and compassionate social worker who thrives in multidisciplinary teams and delivers patient-focused care across diverse settings.

• Hold a degree enabling full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers
• Deliver therapy, assessment and support for a broad range of patient needs
• Apply sound professional judgement and evidence-based care in all situations
• Build strong collaborative relationships with colleagues and external partners
• Keep accurate records, set priorities and achieve outcomes efficiently
