About the Role

Step into a supportive role delivering person-centred mental health care. Work alongside Registered Nurses to guide recovery, support consumers, and contribute to a collaborative, professional team environment.

• Provide direct, comprehensive nursing care under RN guidance

• Support consumer recovery through education, counselling and group work

• Collaborate with health professionals and community partners

• Maintain clinical competence and safe, accountable practice

• Mentor less experienced Enrolled Nurses when required

About You

You are a compassionate, skilled Mental Health Enrolled Nurse ready to make a difference. You bring clinical expertise, a collaborative approach, and a commitment to recovery-focused care.

• Registered with NMBA and hold a current practising certificate

• Qualified in mental health nursing or enrolled in approved course

• Skilled in assessment, planning, evaluation and therapeutic care

• Work collaboratively with consumers, carers and health teams

• Competent in clinical skills and safe, accountable practice
