About the Role

As Digital Enterprise Architect, you shape CALHN’s technology landscape, building scalable, secure solutions that drive clinical and operational excellence. You guide digital strategy, support innovation, and ensure systems meet business needs and healthcare standards.

Key duties
• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture across clinical and corporate systems
• Align technology strategy with organisational goals and patient care objectives
• Design secure, compliant, and scalable digital solutions
• Collaborate with teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions
• Oversee data and IT system integrations
• Advise on innovation and emerging healthcare technology trends

About You

You are a strategic and collaborative technology leader who thrives on designing innovative digital solutions. You connect business goals with architecture, guide stakeholders and drive digital transformation across complex environments.

• Design and maintain complex digital architecture across multiple domains
• Develop IT strategies and roadmaps aligned to business goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver interoperable solutions
• Lead change initiatives and mentor teams through system transformation
• Apply broad technology knowledge including cloud, data and enterprise systems
