About the Role

Join a dynamic geriatric care team where your expertise makes a real difference. You’ll support patients, guide colleagues, and deliver safe, evidence based care that promotes recovery and timely discharge.

Key duties
• Provide comprehensive geriatric assessment and care
• Deliver safe, evidence based nursing interventions
• Supervise and support students and junior staff
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise care
• Liaise with external services to meet patient needs

About You

You are a confident and caring nurse who thrives in collaborative teams. You deliver safe, evidence based care and support patients, families and colleagues with skill and compassion.

• Registered Nurse with current NMBA practising certificate
• Skilled in evidence based nursing practice and standards
• Strong communication, problem solving and teamwork skills
• Able to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
• Knowledgeable in quality systems, legislation and healthcare policy
