Overview:
- Responsible for supporting health system redesign by coordinating the design and development of a state-wide model of care and implementation plan for prevention and management of complications of diabetic-related foot disease with a focus on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander populations, and other project activities as required.
- Research across a wide range of complex health and clinical areas and synthesise a large amount of information into logical and concise reports, frameworks and strategies.
- Lead the design, conduct and management of significant system wide stakeholder engagement activities to support project outcomes
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (including project leads and committee chairs), liaise with all parts of the health system and promote regional links across the continuum of care.
- Participate in data collection and analysis to support decision making and recommendations.
- Prepare Project Plans, Reports, Models of Care, agenda papers, Ministerial/Parliamentary/Government business briefing papers and other related information as required by SA Health.
