About the Role

Step into a senior leadership role shaping Social Work services across CALHN. You’ll guide clinical teams, drive service improvement, and partner with stakeholders to deliver best-practice care. Your expertise will influence strategy, workforce development, and clinical excellence.

What you’ll do
• Lead and support Social Work staff across multiple sites through a Single Service, Multiple Site model
• Drive service quality, research, and workforce initiatives
• Advise on professional issues and inter-professional projects
• Oversee HR processes, compliance and clinical supervision
• Collaborate with senior leaders to shape strategic plans

About you

You are a strategic and collaborative leader ready to shape Social Work services across CALHN. You bring expertise, credibility, and a passion for best-practice care.

• Hold a Social Work degree with full Australian Association membership
• Lead clinical teams, foster engagement and manage performance effectively
• Deliver complex programs and projects with strategic focus
• Provide clinical supervision and promote evidence-informed contemporary social work practice
• Navigate change, risk and compliance across multiple sites
