About the role
Step into a senior clinical role where you will lead and manage a designated pharmacy area, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, comprehensive pharmacy services. You’ll use your expertise to provide independent advice, guidance, and medicines information to patients, medical staff, nursing teams, and other health professionals, supporting safe and effective patient care.
In this pivotal role, you’ll optimise patient outcomes through strategic use of pharmaceuticals, implementing safe, cost-effective practices in line with hospital policies and professional standards. Your leadership and clinical judgement will shape the pharmacy service, ensuring excellence and innovation across the team.
About You
You are a skilled and motivated pharmacist with the expertise and leadership to make an impact.

Bachelor of Pharmacy with current or eligible registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia

Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills in a complex environment

Extensive hospital pharmacy experience with proven leadership or supervisory ability

Ability to lead, train, and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
